Refund Policy

Eligibility

If you have attempted fewer than two tests in a purchased test series, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request one

Raise a support ticket from your account, or email our support address, quoting your order number. We respond to refund requests within two working days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically settle within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Subscription plans are refundable on the same terms. Purchases made with a promotional coupon are refunded at the amount actually paid.
