What happens if my internet drops during a test?
Nothing is lost. Your answers save continuously to our servers as you work, and the timer runs server-side. Reconnect and you resume exactly where you were, with the correct time remaining.
How is the percentile calculated?
Your percentile is computed against every student who has submitted that same test. It updates as more students attempt it, so early attempts may see their percentile shift slightly.
Can I attempt a test more than once?
It depends on the test. Full-length mocks in a series usually allow one scored attempt so rankings stay meaningful, while practice and sectional tests can generally be re-attempted. The attempt limit is shown before you start.
